I thought you cant bring drone to india. As its banned. There is alot of different information. If customs finds out, they will keep the drone. Doesnt matter what size or weight

Hi! I’ve mentioned in the video which is allowed and which is not allowed. The rules keep changing from time to time. But owning a drone is not illegal in India. It’s just that different states and central govt have different rules around it.

@@TravelingBanda owning a drone is not an issue. But bringing drone is a total ban. If checked by customs they will take it away. I want to bring my drone to india for vacation and most of the information i got is its a total ban on drones.

@@Skyview_explore that’s why I said that the rules keep changing. Ideal a drone under 250g is not an issue here as they are categorised as toy category drone but bigger drones are not allowed. Rest I leave it upto your judgement and research as the rules around it are not framed well enough.
