few days ago my iphone got lines for first time i fixed it by warming screen up (i did this cus i was biting my phone’s screen for some reasson) and it actully worked but i got lines again today for the same reasson (why am i keep doing this) but i cant fix it

Didn't try any of the methods yet , but incase it don't work i'll explain ly case : So basically it's an iphone 5s , and the screen is cracked , on time a drop of water ( small one ) dropped INSIDE the hole of the iphone ( It wasn't a deep hole , it's tope left near the screen and the edge ) , and since then the screen keeps appearing gray lines and freezes the screen , it dissapears when i turn off the phone , I NEED HELPP on how i can fix this
