There is one issue in swapping the screen of IP5 to SE. The FRONT MIC wont work. incompatible.(hissing in front video record. and Siri cant hear you.)

No because the homebutton has to be the same as the original that came with it. And no, getting a donor iphone se button also wouldnt work because its not from the original build.

Buy a 64GB or 128GB memory chip. You'll also need a BGA flash programmer to set the serial number and program basic functionality (these usually run around $500). You'll also need a BGA rework station, some flux, solder and a micro soldering station. Once you have all this, program your new chip, remove the old one, and put the new one on.

Depends, the 1st gen or 2nd gen? For the first generation se the iphone 5 or 5s. Although the normal 5 would have less quality, and they are both around the same price

You can buy replacements. 5s and 6 sensors (besides the actual button) are actually almost the same. 6s and se use the new touch ID, no clue about compatibility in between them. 5s and se have the same form factor though, as do the 6 and 6s.

Einsteinition you can't change home buttons and keep TouchID functionality. The sensor is only compatible with the phone it was manufactured with.

Actually.. YES! It is a good option to buy a iphone 5s as spare parts if anything other breaks like the lightning port because they are the exact same size, the se was built within the 5s body with parts coming from the iphone 6s made for the people who like the old design. And I almost forgot to mention it can be updated to ios 15 instead of the iphone 5s being stuck on ios 12.5.5

No 5s/5c are interchangeable within themselves but that’s it for 5 series. iPhone 5/se cannot use any battery but there own.

That is outside of finish as the se has bead blasted edge where the 5s is run through a finishing op on the mill to give it that polished edge look.

The iphone se is built in the 5s body containing parts from the 6s. And the great thing about getting the 1st gen se is that it can still be updated to ios 15!
