You’re getting that message because of a new change in iCloud. Messages now gets backed up to iCloud, so the “syncing paused” message you’re getting is indicating that the iMessage sync to iCloud is paused

Only way to do it is go to Settings-General-Accessibility- Reduce Transparency. That might help. Gotta find the right wallpaper like he has in this video and try and find the right one that makes it blend in and look invisible lol I’ve tried also
