Useful stuff, thanks! I agree with most of these except Wi-Fi calling. I've had the opposite experience, calls will barely go through and drop out at random... maybe it's just my Wi-Fi or my phone!

One option to disable is the Simpincode (settings > mobile data) . With this option enabled whenever you turn off your Iphone your IPhone will lock some features (such as internet or SMS) without any warning. For instance it will allow you to send an SMS, it just won't deliver it. Only if you dig a little deeper the Iphone will ask for your pincode. Very annoying when you don't realise what is happening or why a feature isn't working.

You’re not letting the autocorrect function learn how/what you type. It gets better the more you use it... and the best part is that it carries over via iCloud when transferring/restoring to a new device.

I agree with this- the auto correct is good, especially with the keyboard being so small -- saves me a lot of correction time. You do have to let it learn your word patterns as you say.

One huge problem with wifi calling - its great when i'm on my vacation, in some kind of hotel or cafe, basically not moving - then it's great. But when i'm for example moving and i'm leaving the wifi range i was connected to, i've always lost connection or didnt hear what the person i was talking to said. Again great video, regards mate!

Go to your phone app then go on recent n even tho it was a FaceTime it will still show as a call so then once you get on recent click the O with the i in the middle n it should say under the contact

Send as SMS when iMessage isn't available is disabled by default because iMessage(online messaging) was brought for the fact to make it convenient to text people outside of your country(?) as long as they have an iPhone. Obviously now iMessaging is much improved (multimedia messages, and games), but I believe that was it's main purpose.

Really great video & very helpful but could you please slow down a bit with your fingers flying through menus I literally had to rewind about 6 times to try & see which buttons in the menu you were selecting as your fingers were blocking my view. Could you maybe take a few extra seconds to advise which steps of the menu you were selecting please. Otherwise you are doing a great job & look forward to your next video.

so I am truly thinking about ditching the note 8 and getting the iPhone 10...my biggest question is this.....is there a way to unlock developer options. main reason i ask is because on every android phone I have ever had, I get developer options open and then turn off all animation scales. makes everything super quick! that's my biggest concern with jumping ship from a many year stretch of Samsung.
