It's not hard to identify which is which. 1 is Xperia, 2 is Iphone. The first wins, despite all the single braincell people saying 2 because of sharpness alone (which isn't actual sharpness, it's oversharpening with halos, like any other smartphone. The Xperia is as sharp but it doesn't apply an aggressive sharpness filter). Iphones are by far the single worst devices for photos and videos out there. They have a yellow and green completely off white balance and their HDR approach is literally destroying shadows and highlights, everything looks so flat and boring. They make literally everything uglier. They turn blacks like your shirt into greens for crying out loud. Your skin color has been almost completely removed for a dead, almost white color. The Xperia obviously has the superior colors and shading, Iphones are a complete joke when it comes to these things in general, they're the clowns of smartphones. Can't really comment on the quality based on this, both are probably great.

They have an auto mode in the Photo Pro app, and 10-bit HDR on the Video Pro app. No adjustments needed. But ofc, manual tuning >>>>

The Iphone is straight up yellow and the flattest I've seen. The video looks burnt. It's sad seeing people riding Apples dingdong without seeing what's in front of their eyes. He showed you the yellowing and the flattening. His shirt is bordering on green and the red logo is desaturated and closer to orange. The Xperia does not have any of those issues, it looks like what his professional camera looks like.
