What is the lowest temperature of the freeze machine you are using? We are using -130C machine and it wont remove the glass on anything iPhone 6S and above, I assume you are using the newer -180C machine?

before seprating break the glass near earpiece where front camera located there is no digitizer break it with philip screwdriver like put lcd facing down on flat table and put screedriver on camera cutting on glass and hit with something it break only glass not oled because oled is flexible when glass is break u just have to heat it but only 55 degree c now remove small pieces of glass and be care full dont try to remove glass above oled at this time when u go between oled and glass it easily dot damagaed the thing is when u freeze oled it become more solid and dont damage easily the consept is u just have to remove small pieces of glass and just pry a little bit to locate digitizer because in iphone x where is camera located u see there is only glass so if u break it u find digitizer but just remove a little where it actually meets on oled and touch after u see layer between glass and oled now freeze it and put plastic card where u remove the glass by this way u dont need to remove back oled sheet

APPLANDROID Phone Repair sorry for late reply iphone x has seprated touch cable and even a touch layer but as u seen in this video the polarizer is above on tp let me give u a trick if the polarizer is avobe the led or oled u cant seprate the touch panel by seprating u loss led or oled always because it is like a old style wire bulb which glow but for stopping wire to burn it create a vaccum in bulb and seal it forever if bulb brek so bulb wire melts and burns like samsung s3 s4 and all led for samsung it has a different glass tp layer on top of led panel but we cant seprate it like iphone 4 or samsung s6 edge the polarizer layer is under touch so we can seprate touch from only edge oled which is s6 edge other have a trick if flex or touch is damaged on led u have to replace touch flex with acf bonder or on oled like s6 edge + s7 edge or s8 u simlpy cut rhe old flex and use glass with additional touch and connet cable on oled flex where old one connected u know one thing these types of hlass is avaivabpe on aliexpress and also if u have not acf bonding machine samsung glass with additional touch are also availabe just cut old flex and apply new glass with tp its more simple this method also works on iphone x
