If your budget allows then go for iPhone. As a student I you can find more handy features. Like in iPhone browser you can have reader mode which helps a lot while reading article and editorial , speacially more helpful if preparing IAS BECAUSE NEED TO READ LOTS OF ARTICLE. apart from this you can save them in browser for future. . Also helpful in vocabulary building if you are preparing ssc or bank. Bu simple long press you can get meaning of any word. Now if you talk about notes making then there is wonderful software called notes which is very helpful. Camera is too good for scanning. Now there is only one reason to not to buy iPhone - check availability of your exam specific app , for example for Upsc ias you can get almost alll app like visionias , unacadmy etc. but for many state specific exams you will not find good app. Now it’s up to you. 👍
