Cool. I was confused on why the simcard had to be inserted upside down. I thought my simcard might have been out of date. This helped, thank you

I had the same issue. The instruction manual mislead me by showing me a picture of it seemingly being inserted upside down.

good video! Only suggestion-- Instead of "push down" I "pushed in" (toward the phone itself) ...a more accurate description of what is to be done. It then ejects the same way you manually eject a DVD on some older Microsoft laptops.

When you buy the iphone does it come with a sim card or do you have to buy it separately

depends on the carrier, but most carriers ship them with sim cards. if you currently have a phone you can probably remove the sim for that and put in your new phone.
