Guys you need to be careful when popping the FACE ID flex. The OP didn't do enough justice to that part. You ought to pop the flex out from the socket first before removing the adhesive. This cost me my Face ID flex. Now I have to use the phone without face ID as the flex broke while trying to do it the OP way. Sad 😢😭😭😟😟😞😞💔💔😓😓☹☹😥😥😖😖

My employee did exactly as you mentioned. His work is fine and he doesn’t make mistakes. My iPhone X Max is no more. It’s dead. Please do not make any more videos. Please also remove your gloves. It is serious as it costed me my replacement screen, 2 work hours of employee, and tomorrow I will need to go to phone shop and pay high price to get this done. It’s a loss of $250, however, if any of my data is affected, it would be irreplaceable loss. Won’t be able to sleep tonight specifically because of this.

sounds like a you problem, you should have taken it to a professional instead of your "employee" in the first place.
