Ipil Ipil Beans Sauce with Fried 🥚🥚 eggs and Moringga Leaves

Hi everyone, I am here to introduce my best recipe ever.
This cooking let the villager to know how delicious young green beans Ipil Ipil include to your main dish and get some important health benefits.
The scientific name of Ipil Ipil is leucaena
leucocephala
Some other names :
petai belalang (Malaysia)
lamtoro, petai Cena, (Indonesia)
Ipil Ipil (Philippines) Tagalog
biyatilis ( bisaya)
common names ;(jumbay,white leadtree,river tamarind,white popinac)
guaje ,huaje (North America and Mexico)
huaxim (Spain)
actually the whole tree has medicinal properties it use for deworming ,treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes .
now goes to our recipe;
*Ipil Ipil Beans Sauce with Fried Eggs &
Moringga Leave*
Ingredients:
200 grams ipil ipil
100 grams moringga
5 pcs eggs
3 clove's garlic
1. big red union
1. big tomato 🍅
5. pcs green chillies
250 ml of cooking oil for frying you
eggs
1 tsp salt
3. table spoon of olive oil
preparations:
wash all solid ingredients ,cut the union and keep some haft portion for sauteing .
Ipil Ipil Beans, Moringga, green chillies, half of union ,garlic,and tomato 🍅 put in blender the blend and keep aside.
fry the eggs until brown and keep aside ,now use cleaned cooking pan put cooking oil the saute half union,when comes to brown put 💯 grams of whole ipil ipil beans then keep sauteing for 4 mins.then put the blended ingredients cook 10 min.the put fried eggs another 5 mins. now done .
