IPL 2024 Playoffs Qualification Scenario: As many as 7 teams are still in the race for the last 3 spots in the top 4. RCB and CSK meet each other in Bengaluru on Saturday in a potential do-or-die contest. However, there is a slim chance that both RCB and CSK make it to the playoffs.
With only 8 more matches left in the group stage of IPL 2024, the playoffs race is heading towards an exciting climax. Only one team -- KKR - has booked its spot in the playoffs. As many as 7 teams are in the race for three spots in the top rour. CSK and RCB emerged victorious on Super Sunday, beating Rajasthan and Delhi, respectively at home. CSK and RCB will meet in their final league game in Bengaluru on Saturday and the expectation for the big-ticket clash has hit the roof. It's likely that one of them will sneak through to the playoffs. However, there is a chance that both of them can go through to the playoffs.
Only MI and PBKS have been eliminated from the playoffs race as IPL 2024 heads into its final week in the league phase. Gujarat, who are at the 8th spot with 10 points in 12 games, have an outside chance.

Guys. Just think and look at this. RCB was 10 in the table after half way of the tournament. Cheeka sir and almost everyone bashed out RCB and mocked them. Then coming from there to be No.5 on the table and a chance to play the playoffs if they win with the needed RR. Hats off to RCB. If I am in RCB camp, I would say to the team that we don’t have anything to lose. It just one more match to the playoffs. I feel RCB will be more dangerous. Unless there is no rain impact, RCB should pull this off.
