IPRAN Training Series: H-VPN Architecture Implementation on Huawei Routing Devices

With the H-VPN solution, the SPEs are configured as the route reflectors for the IPRAN network. The UPEs and NPEs act as route reflector clients.
The SPEs advertise all specific routes to UPEs.
This video demonstrates how to implement an H-VPN solution on Huawei Routing devices.

sir nice but i have one question, why we need configure VPN INSTANCES(VRF INSTANCES) ON SPE OR NPE? that means why we only configure VRF INSTANCES ON UPEs and distributed THE ROUTE to all SPE OR NPE

remember NPE connects to the different controllers and the interfaces or ports are bind to different VRFs so we need to configure the VRFs on NPEs so that we can import those prefixes for controllers into BGP. For SPEs, i mentioned it depends with your network setup. Many times we have local BTS connected to the SPE because you dont want to have SPE and UPE at the same location, in such setup you have to configure VRFs on SPEs too. Even when you have some static routes configured on SPEs then we must configure VRFs on SPEs. Hope this answers your question.
