Hi! I notice all your c3500 videos all have great print quality with deep black and other colors. I have done all maintenance and correct settings yet still cannot get the same results. Thanks for any help!!! Appreciate your videos

Thanks for your comments Ian and i'm happy to hear you find the content useful! The print quality is a function of a few things- material, printer settings, and artwork. For highest print quality and color, you need to make sure you are using an "inkjet receptive coated" material. Second, in the printer driver settings you need to make sure you select the correct media type (i.e. glossy paper, synthetic, etc.) and select the highest quality setting (subsetting after you select type). You can send me an email and include your artwork and a picture of what you are currently printing to [e-mail] and we'll take a look and print some samples for you to see if we can help you resolve the print quality issue you are experiencing.
