We need a specialist RWB in the window - one of the most important positions with 3 CBs; especially when countering. Burns can play this role as back up but the others are full backs.

Mikey just so you know it’s the perfect hand he reaches the save with it , reason why is because he can reach higher with that hand

I’m not sure why but I always call it ‘wrong hand’ when it’s a right handed save to keeper’s left and vice versa. It was definitely the correct hand he used!

If you watch the penalty replay from the straight rear angle you can see the keeper hit Delaps knee enough to affect Delaps movement. Great win.

All this talk about Delap wanted by opposing teams especially Chelsea. Could be a total travesty if we let him go especially if we aim to stay up in the Prem!

If he continues improving on the current trajectory, he will be sold for £60-75m and probably at the end of the season whatever division we are. If we’re relegated he’s definitely gone. If we stay up he’s likely to go as well because there a very few players of his age that can do what he does and assuming he wants a big move (for serious wages) then the club would cash in.
