USAR will be above VIPS soon because as compared to last year all institutes of IPU cutoff gone higher, but USAR cutoff remained almost same , this shows its demand Also, it is side branch of the USICT which is top college of IPU And in USAR only 4 all branches are there which are all specialized in computer engineering + fees and campus is also good bro
