I have couple of questions, please help me. 1- Do we need to show any capital amount before registration? 2- Can we transfer a running business on Local Saudis name to on our name through SAGIA? 3- What rulings on labour fees? Suppose I have staff less than five? Do I need to pay labor fee? 4- what is the percentage of saudisation need to maintain? 5- what is the yearly fee for general trading license ?

Wa alaikum assalam. Wa iyak. sorry for the late response I have been extremely busy. for your questions: 1) It depends on what kind of business you are establishing. For service based setup, typically 62,000 every year.. In your case, as you are a foreigner, you will also have to pay annual labor fees for yourself, and you need at least one saudi employee even before you transfer your sponsorship to your own company. 4) Percentage of saudization (Niqatat) is same as other companies. thanks brother for the overview. but one thing i want to clear, i am trying to register myself on MISA website but its giving an error, what could be the possibilities? because being a resident i think its not a issue to register yourself in misa and to get license.

Nice and informative video, as now you are GM or EM and you are paying all labor office fee , is it possible for you to draw a salary as GM and owner of the company and also manage it as tax deductible expense?? Bcz normally in LLC you manage working owner salary in taxable profit

Based on different auditors advise, the Gm salary is tax deductible expense. But it should be fair compared to other employees

Yes you can do that. You might have to mention this in your article of association when you assign someone else as a general manager.
