Best time in pakistan was when all these ladies used to wear sarees. Saree was also very common sight in old pakistani movies. Somewhere alnong the line saree was declared unislamic. Bangladesh retains it culture whereas Pakistan has totally lost it.

Iqbal Bano is a great singer but most of the poetry sucks. Not sure who wrote these ghazals. I guess she was in India so had to change to easy-to-understand Urdu poetry.
