My trouble shooting was throw it in the trashcan Run from the 60 days money back guarantee and beside that i had 5 reasons to ask for it. 5 reasons not to buy or use an IQOS: 1. Recharge after 2 sessions 2. Debris gets stuck in the device after each session. 3. The product smells after the end of the session. 4. The sessions last on average 4 and a half minutes, not 7 minutes as you are used to 5. I still feel like I smell like a heavy smoker (sour ashtray) All in all, it's too much trouble to use and keep clean and charge, and it's also difficult to bring and remember the charger and what about trips to parks etc. where it is not possible to leave, do you have to settle for smoking 2 cigarettes for a whole day? Also, they ran from their 60 day right of withdrawal in my case.

THAN YOUUUUU!!!, I was doing all WRONG!, I was about to cry!, I just got the same but Navy blue with the white lights, so I was putting the Heets with the filter on the blade 😂 and the tobacco upside down and blowing through the other side 😂 I feel so stupid now that I know you should blow from the Heets not the other side 😂 i thought my device was not charging because gets the red light and I put it back and took couple minutes to charge the pen back… I still have a question!, how many smokes I can get from one single Heets tobacco?, just per charges of the pen?.

Can you charge the holder while the charger is charging? Or is this not good for the device??

Bro, i forgot that i had iqos, after 1 years i find out, but it doesnt show any signal of life, i put in charge but doesnt show any life, i press buttons doesnt light on...

I have not been happy with this Iqos AT ALL. I must say I was quite disatisfied. I purchased the unit (Iqos 3 duo) in Portugal last year while on a trip, with a bunch of tabacco, and about after a week, it hasn't been working. Been seating in my drawer since... For some reason, my heat stick is not heating enough. I follow the startup procedures properly all the way down to the silver line, well, regardless how long I wait, I can't puff on it. I mean, I can, but not smoke. the stick is not heating up enough and not working. Been wasting heets like crazy, I gave up. Iqos sucks! .

Maybe you’re putting the tobacco upside down like I did, the tobacco goes on the heating blade.

how old is the device? The 2.0 series battery is designed to last only one year (depending on usage). I apologize for that. Are you in the US?

only this is not a Troubleshooting Guide at all. its a way to use it. had 3 iqos. they all died within 12 months as the connector dont charge it anymore. huge waste of money
