@@ankurkumar6779 Dear All Viewers, I have been reading your comments where you are all discussing that the title of the video which is on sexual abuse does not correspond to the video. Some viewers have even gone to the extent saying that Ira Khan has put this title to the video to attract viewers. But let me tell you, that you are all wrong. This video that you are seeing, and commenting is not the original video which has been posted. The length of the original video was 25 minutes and this one which is the censored version is 8 minutes. When Ira Khan had posted the original video on KZbin within some hours the video was removed (I think due to the explicit content and since she is the daughter of Amir Khan who is a well-known personality/actor in India). The video is a censored version can be easily concluded just by watching the first 3 minutes of it. Just watch the first 3 minutes in a slow motion and you will see that it has been edited (scenes have been chopped off). So, I will be grateful to you all not to judge her or put negative comments on this video. If you want to know the content of the original video, I will relate to you all as I have seen the original version. In the original version, at the start of the video she was talking about her sexual abuse when she was 14. She said that it was a family member on her father’s side (no name taken) who started this. At first, that person was nice and sweet with her but later he took advantage of her. There was no molestation/rape, but that person put his fingers in her sexual parts including in her anal parts. This happened several times during a year. Not only this, that family member who did this to her then also bring other people to take advantage of her. And the situated really aggravated. The other members (in which there was 2 of his cousins) abuse of her sexually including sodomising her regularly. She was so ashamed and so afraid (she was only 14 years at that time) that she did not tell anybody. Finally, not able to stand all these sexual abuses, she related everything to her mother Reena Khan-Dutta who then talked to her father, the famous Amir Khan. But to her great shock, Amir Khan did not believe any of these revelations and refuse to take actions against these family members. Finally, her mother Reena Dutta-Khan gave an ultimatum to Amir Khan when he take actions with his family members or she will have no choice than to cut all ties with Amir Khan (that is to divorce him). The final call of Amir was not to take any action. And you all know what happened. In 2001, when Lagaan was released in released and became a huge success in India, Amir Khan on his personal front was battling his divorce in court. In 2002, when Lagaan was being screened at the Oscars, his divorce was finalised. He was separated from his first wife Reena Dutta. The official reason that they both gave was that they have decided to go separate ways in a mutual way. All these made Ira Khan fall into a depression where she also said that she turned a hatred against men, and she had an affair with a girl. When her parents came to know of this, they forced her to follow a treatment. Little by little she started to regain her self-confidence and feeling well. Later, she terminated her affair with that girl. Today she is 80% recovered and has also lovely boyfriend. Viewers, this part was censored in the video. So, I will make an appeal to you all. PLEASE DON’T PUT NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THIS VIDEO.

Wow. This girls makes a lot of sense. It took a lot of courage for her to come out and speak about it. This is what most people don't realise. We always don't need a reason to be happy or sad. They just come to us automatically. All we need is good counselling, when such situations bind us in a small shell and make us numb. There is no use, groping for a reason in the dark because if we try too hard we become sadder and feel worse abut ourselves.

Recitation of the Holy Quran is a form that contributes to the release of endorphins by stimulating alpha brain waves. Therefore, it enhances the stress threshold, removes negative emotions, and creates a sense of relaxation. Allah Almighty said in Quran: “And whoever turns away from My remembrance to him there will be a difficult life.” (Quran, 20:124). With the growing age, depending on the troubles of life, you will see how common depression gets. Depression is a serious illness and should not be ignored.

It would be so good if we could help each other to get over this,I don't know if it’s possible but as we are suffering the same...the least we could do is to listen,to relate,to give comfort by words...I guess it’s the thing we need the most
