What John Hume said was deeply powerful, it's the first I've heard him say it.

John Hume always made political capital on the back the IRA attacks . He had a lot to answer for , never a peace maker . He always ran with the hare and chased with the hound , anything to achieve British withdrawal . If he was a man of peace why did he not name the bombers , sure he drank coffee with them many a time .

Learnt a long time ago that evil people aren’t capable of understanding reasoning therefore words are wasted on them, they think that if someone isn’t capable of committing an act such as this then they are weak and not on their level when in fact it is the other way around, condolences to the poor families of the people murdered. No worse label can be attached to a human being than to be called a murderer.

You mean the soldiers who where sent over to stop both sides killing each other. How much worse would it have been without the troops.More would have died.I dont think we should have gone. The verry comunity that welcomed us when they where being burnt out their homes turned on us.Should have left them to their fate.Wasnt worth the lives of men i served with

@@paulanthonygreen8048 Both sides? Like you were part of some neutral third party? There is one Irish indigenous side… the other side were/are the ultra British loyalists you lot planted in Ireland on stolen land. You were sent to Ireland to prop up the Orange pro British apartheid sectarian statelet. Don’t kid yourself you weren’t part of the problem… you took a side and you like every other British soldier sent into Ireland for centuries were sent there by your masters in Westminster to serve Britain’s criminal colonial interests. gtfoh
