Nice driving Nick. Yep patience is key to having a good race nd not having silly incidents. I'd say the majority of crashes on iRacing are caused by people being impatient. I had to laugh when you were saying you had just 1x and then drifted off the track and picked up another you wally! 😂

What can I say Nick very nicely done with a car and track you have never done before great driving on your behalf can only wish a lot more in that car and series had respect like you did for other drivers .

@@SmithersSimRacing Thanks Roy. After the endurance race at the weekend, I’ve learnt there’s no point rushing your way past when you’re in the faster car, potentially putting your rand someone else in danger 👍🏻

From my experience in the Clio… those were some really well behaved Clios. It’s hit or miss with how the person you’re up against in another Clio will react. I’ve have great bumper to bumper races, and I’ve had races where my fellow Clio driver caused an incident and sent me into the grass. Great fun those cars, just wish more people would race in them

Yeah the Clio series seems to be down on numbers when I've seen it raced by others. Shame really. I plan on jumping in on it at some point soon tho. About time I drove a FWD car

That was fun to watch. I hope you do more with this series this is the first time I've seen the BMW perspective on the race. You should check out some of my PCC videos I've really been enjoying having the faster cars on the track with us. Last week at Road Atlanta I ended up using the BMW's to my advantage. Somehow the other gr86's were losing more time than me whenever a group of the faster cars came through us. I drive a Prius in Los Angeles so having a bmw blow my doors off doesn't really faze me anymore so I guess I'm just used to it.

I've been really enjoying the Multi-Class racing, especially in the faster cars, I love the challenge of racing others while navigating slower traffic. I'll be sure to check out you PCC races 👍🏻

Solid race there. I was tense when the car you were passing starting drifting left into your line, but you handled it well.

Had me worried when you passed that line of 3 GR86's on the start/finish straight. I was so expecting one of them to pull out of the draft not noticing you were going by.

Yeah, they were all pretty well behaved, as were the M4's. Not sure what all the bad press is about 🤣

Geez! Can you pause for a few years for me to try to get enough patience to compete. LOL. I always go in "with guns blazing" even though I know it's the worst thing to do. I just can't help myself. haha. I'm sure you're shocked. hahaha
