Check out the course, it's the best work I've done so far and a certain way to improve A LOT: gitgudracing.com/simracingcourse/

I did a 44.2 today during quali for gt3 ferrari fixed following a few of these tricks and adapting others to my drivestyle, awesome explanation honestly :)

what BB?
@ch3m4w0w6 ай бұрын
@@gabrielcsik2712 i did it during qualifiying for fixed gt3 ferrari cup class D, i think the fixed bb was 49.5 or smth very close to that

Thanks for such an amazing and detailed guide! It would be really cool to also be able to download the replay file and telemetry data to look at and compare our own laps with

This is such a tough track to learn in wets, ledenon was easy as hell to do in heavy rain
@GitGudRacing6 ай бұрын
yep, there are some corners where you can't really avoid the wet line, and the cross-over feels very sketchy because of elevation change + car being already unstable from the rears
@daniladergachev6 ай бұрын
did you outsource the subtitles? :) or was it voice recognition? 15:22 - this curb is subtitled as "discolored"
@GitGudRacing6 ай бұрын
It was AI voice recognition - I have to pay more attention to it while editing, thanks for pointing that out!
@daniladergachev6 ай бұрын
@@GitGudRacing maybe don't bake the subtitles into the video but instead publish them as proper CC? this way users can choose to disable them, and you can edit them in the future if you find a mistake

I notice you left the brake bias at the stock 49.1 on the dry track. I always go down two clicks in this car, and maybe I shouldn't. What do you think? Do you always leave this car at 49.1?
@GitGudRacing6 ай бұрын
i felt the balance was good with the stock bb on the dry, it was already oversteering for me in some corners so i let it like that. if you're understeering more, then it makes sense to bring it back a bit.

I have no idea how some people can go under 43 with fixed setup

What was the track temperature in the dry run and how much gas did you have in the tank?

Was your wheel angle 900? I am struggling to turn the car into apex in slow corners, should i lower the angle of wheel you think or is it because of the balance of car, breaking point etc?
@GitGudRacing6 ай бұрын
Yes, i am using 900 angle. Its because of speed probably. Are you understeering into the corner?
@winchsterwinchster59356 ай бұрын
Yes. But I never drive the car before maybe I should practice more. Thanks for answer mate, great content btw!@@GitGudRacing
