I remember when you could drive more series and they were unranked. It would allow you to try a new car and test it out before you lost IR. I want to try the Ferrari but am not going to get into a race and lose more IR. So for me week 13 is a no racing week, kind of sucks actually. But for those into the ranked events rock on. I just wish they would give us more choices.

The clipping issue is the reason people go for 15nm and up, while you can still clip on 15, even 18, but its more on the rare side. Got 27nm myself, very fortunate there, but the good part with that is i'm never really getting any clipping, unless its a quick spike.

Hey Jack!! What DD wheel base do you run? You mentioned you were clipping? I have the Alpha Mini and don’t really experience clipping. Awesome driving, applying the pressure like a real driver!

Hey, I have the Mini, but I've been doing some weight training recently, and the base itself I've just gotten used to, it's not that it's weak or anything it's an AMAAZING base! But for my needs if I could roll the clock back I should've got the Alpha 15nm that way I could use 11 or 12nm with reasonable headroom

@@JACKZERYT yeah I agree with you, I wish I had gotten the alpha 15nm as well but I’m still happy with the mini. I don’t have my mini maxed out completely due to not wanting to experience clipping. Keep up great content. Really enjoying these type of videos!

Jack, can you elaborate on what clipping means? I've heard it once or twice before

@kosmo_2k Clipping is when you max out your FFB wheel, and then it has no more "Strength" so if you have it set to high compared to what your wheel can deliver, you just get constant strength, like a strong rubber band. So to stop Clipping, you set you base at 70 or 80% (if you need all the strength) so you have some headroom for highspeed turns and bumps etc.
