iracing is (imo) most probably switching the BOP like this to keep people buying the other cars. even though for most people those last tenths are not going to make a difference, hearing „omg the porsche is bad this season, the lambo is the fastest“ is surely going to promote some buying haha

some quick physics to make it easier to compare the acceleration a=(V-U)/t Acceleration = (final speed - initial speed) / time taken between points Measured in KMs^2 the higher the number the quicker it accelerates

Good overview but not about fastest lap. Some fixed setups are quite good while some are complete trash. Especially porsche. You took a very representative track out of this.

hey, I'm pretty sure things have changed but I cant tell you how. I have seen the new Ferrari 296 is pretty fast at monza, and the Mercedes at Sebring. But I dont drive a lot of GT3 anymore so I cant really tell you sorry😅
