are you running a triple monitor setup by any chance? because i love how close you are to the steering wheel but the fov seems wide

You can see my actual FoV in the livestreams, it's the lowerst FoV cause I'm running a single screen. The FoV which I decided to pick for the videos is random and based purely on aesthetical reasons, and yes it would be too wide for a single screen and match more with a triple setup

Do you have any more details? Which parts? On which device? Did you use headphones? I checked it anywhere I could, also checked the editing file, everything looks fine. It's also the first time I hear this after hundreds thousands of views with the same settings where nobody complained. I'll optimize it a bit further for future releases, but I'm talking about very minor adjustments here. I can't really adjust the volume that much higher because then it would simply peak out with every sound.

Played this track foe a bit and got a 59.47. But some freaks are getting 59.1s. I can see at least a tenth or two but no more. How do you find time when you think you have the track almost matered?

Also, your video a year ago you got a 59 flat. I wasn't playing back then but did the cars get slower?

The race times are 59.1s, the top quali time this season is a 59.3 -> so everything up to a 59.3 is skill/conditions on the track and the last two tenths are draft. And yeah, the car got patched and received an updated tire model + baseline setup. Oh, and about the "how do you find time" thing, you don't. Those last tenths are usually based on experience and consistency over the course of the whole lap. You can only unlock them after driving a ton which allows you to stick to a perfect line. Don't forget that the people at the top of those leaderbords are driving the car for years.

@@crexLive Yeah I've only been playing the game for 3 months and idk if the effort vs reward will pay off on that track. Played the track for maybe 4 or 5 hours but i feel the amount of time you need play play to improve becomes exponential at that point. Idk if I can be assed to grind for an extra 2 tenths, but I guess that's iracing. Ty for the response!
