Just to add to the off tracks, at 6:17 there is an off track on the LEFT red kerb (where Tony highlights), so don’t try to open the corner too much.

Watching this definitely helped me out. I haven't sim raced too much, but I hopped into the current ir-04 series there. Went from 2:09-2:10 down to my fastest of 2:07.6. Fairly consistent at 2:08's, but it's slowly dropping. Honestly, picked up cota fairly quick to be "decent" at it

nice one! you will find the IR04 races are about survival, if you can finish you normally do well lol!

Been following every week, Im learning a lot, I managed to get consistent 2.08s in 1 hour practice, I'll check Garage 61 to see if it helps to gain that additional second, thanks for your efforts !

how comes i lock brakes all the time and slide around like theres 0 grip, im in the low 2:09s

nvm track temps wer 35F too high, now on my first laps hitting low 8s high 7s

Yeah 100% track temps, this was from a pervious season. are you locking the front, maybe reduce the brake bias?

Yeah good to know the track is hot! Normally seasons 2 and 3 are "summer" time

sorry for the late reply! been ill again. my normal 56-57% but the hairpin before the back straight i was temped to lower it!

What does COTA mean? "Cheeky Off Tracks in Abundance"? Shame about that though because it's a really awesome circuit imo. Good luck all! :)

I could be wrong, but from my practice if feels like this one is using current F1 rules where at least one tire must be touching the line. I wonder if this has better attendance around US evening time. Perhaps "American copy of Spa" sounds better for those of us thousands of miles from Spa.
