Iran would never do that. Iran and Iranians are vehemently against chemical weapons since Iran has been a victim of such weapons (provided to Saddam Hussein by Western countries) during the 1980's Iraq-Iran war. Many Iranians lost their lives and there are still victims to this day suffering from the injuries and disabilities caused by those chemicals used against the Iranians during the war.
