There are no prizes for knowing spies from many countries are active in

The IRGC are able to do this in Australia and New Zealand cause it's hard for people to defend themselves. I'm surprised they haven't done this in Europe, Asia or Canada. The self defense laws in most countries make you a criminal for fighting back.
