In terms of Iran reportedly shipping missiles to Russia.... I wonder how long Western military intelligence might have had inkling of such a move. It could help explain the timing of recent events, both in Ukraine and the Middle East. Such a transfer would either be a contracted sale, which would have been agreed upon weeks if not months ago, or in exchange for assistance in Iran's nuclear programme, in which case Iran is even more obliged to honour. Either way, it could explain why Ukraine launched the Kursk offensive now of all times, before those missiles arrive. Likewise, if would explain Israel's recent attacks - including inside Iran - knowing that Iran would be less capable to retaliate (since it is handing over a proportion of its long range stockpiles to Russia).
