Thanks for the detailed video this is very nice. If possible, help us ...the following info ...At video 8.59 the fried chicken was kept in a box and the video shifted to rice making. What happened to the se chicken. Any spices added etc were not shown. It was shown after a min or some animal fat (assumption) was added. No specification. Pls let me know.

don't have any spices for this recipe. Only after the chicken is fried, I take it in the oil with a low flame. And local butter is added to it. It should be cooked in oil and butter for about 1 hour with low flame
