complete video, from beginning until finish. High pressure manual oven, cooked in very long time. Basic technology almost the same as tandoori system. Meat 🥩 creamy inside and outside. Very unique techniques. I should try one day. InshaAllah. Thanks for the videos.

The brisket is well cooked. But I like the combination of mashed potato, and mustard? and BBQ beef. It needs to be served with corn bread, coleslaw, black eyed peas and BBQ sauce and a steamed bread roll.

If there's one thing I've learned as a chef on my worldly travels, Istanbul has some of the best tasting meat restaurants, bars, cafes, BBQs on this planet. While their cooking techniques vary somewhat to other areas of the world, at the end of the day it all comes down to taste, texture & quality. The Turk's have this down to a fine art. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
