Why did you take all the liquid out when preparing the onion and tomatoes etc.?
@gene4239

The meat mixture would be too wet if the liquid had not been removed. A wet meat mixture would not cling to the skewers.

The ratio for the minced beef is 50% beef and 50% fat then it will come out perfect 👌
@basant_catering
@basant_catering 4 жыл бұрын
Abdulla Alsaji Hey man so if you mix 50% beef to 50% fat then all that fat renders out on your open flame grill & it will definitely catch on fire. I am the last person to tell someone what to do without trying it my self but that’s not the right mix because fat renders out 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
