Can you tell me how you call this plate? It is a serious reason to travel to Iraq and taste it! In Greece we call it patsas but we eat goat nad lamb heads cocked on the fire!

I love this food, it is so delicious and very filling giving you the energy for a whole day. The one with rice is stomach of sheep/goat not testicles. The big pots would have been put on overnight to cook long and slow.

FYI. 6:08, that’s not testicles, it’s goat bladder, stuffed with rice and broth. Testicles are meant to be grilled.

That was an extremely gooey, gloppy looking dish right there at the beginning. Heads, testicles, brains and eyes? It doesn't sound very appealing initially but as usual, can't judge a book by looking at the cover. Dish looked very good once it was all done. This sure is one of the more interesting cuisines I've seen on this channel so far. Job well done!

Idk if you're criticising them or not, but if you're just know that these restaurants are usually for the working force and laborers, they're sitiuated in industrialised areas, but they do also serve this dish in public and more high end restaurants, where women can either work or eat there.
