Thank you so much for this video, jazakallah it is very beneficial. My question is that a man abandoned his wife, stating he has already divorced her and left her and moved far away . After two months of attempted reconciliation from wife’s side, he did not agree to move back in order to complete iddat period. During this time, he slandered wife completely and spread lies about her. He also sold emptied shared residence and took all furniture and belongings. But before three months are completed, he tried to contact her verbally but claimed conditions and stated he does only wants to speak on phone. Wife did not respond to such demands, especially because during last two months, everything was attempted in order to bring about reconciliation from her side, while his side spread lies and gossip. Three more months go by. Wife is still not ready to speak to husband as she sees no changes (husband has past history of cheating and affairs). She loves him, but is afraid of their future together. They have been separated for almost seven months. Does this count as talaq or khula? Separation was initiated by husband, but wife has not agreed to going back?

Brother, maine IRF mein Talaaq par ek Bayaan suna tha, usmein kaha gaya tha ke agar 3 mahine ki iddat mein agar ruju kar le toh wo Ruju ho gaya, Talaaq cancel ho gaya. Talaaq huyi hi nahi. Ek Talaaq bhi nahi huyi. Ek baar insaan 1 baar Talaaq boley ya sau baar boley wo 1 hi Talaaq maani jaayegi. Agar Ek Talaaq complete ho jaaye (3 mahine iddat poorey ho jaaye) aur ab Mard aur Aurat phir se wapas aana chahe toh phir se Nikaah kar sakte hai, new Meher ke saath.
