Great video but very sad also how Ireland 🇮🇪 pulled up a lot of its rails as we did in the uk 🇬🇧 how we’d loved them back now 🙄🏴

A great video its sad there is hardly a trace of it now. The section from Chetwynd Viaduct to the Kinsale roundabout is going to be turned into a greenway now.

Such a shame all those beautiful scenic lines are gone, pity we don't hear that infamous Crossley HST-Vee8, a sound consigned to the history books sadly.

I wonder if Irish rail would reopen the line to facilitate the area which obviously has a bigger population, and name it the CART, Cork area rapid transit, I used to drive a truck along side the track and often wondered of it's history, a very nice film to watch, thank you.

Lovely film. Such a shame the line was closed and dug up.
