Most of the regional airports I mention in this video have international flights but they do not have as many and commonly use smaller planes.

You do know that knock and Kerry are just smaller international airports

They are but they they are often called regional airports because they are much smaller with less destinations.

At one point, County Galway (including the islands) had seven passenger airports.
