Great video Andrew. It’s early days can’t wait to see him grow. That drop goal in the Urc last year with the O’gara finger up was mint

To step in to Sexton’s shoes and lead Ireland to a Grand Slam after the disappointment of the World Cup is an epic achievement. Won the URC with Munster last season too, although he didn’t have his best game against Glasgow last weekend. Hopefully more highlights to come on the tour to South Africa!

Unfortunately they didn’t get the slam, but a loss in twickenham is hardly a black mark

Jack Crowley is a class player with all the tools you would ever need to be a world class 10 and has shown them consistently. Fans and pundits across the rugby world recognise this. Yet still, it's weird and strange to see Leinster fans in the comments down play him and say he's not good enough?! Or that a 20 year old with a handful of Leinster appearances is the next messiah. Do you want him to fail? It's so weird, Leinster boys. It really is! I can only reason it's because he's not at Leinster and your trumping provincial bias over Ireland. Hopefully, you all cop on soon.

Down to earth lad with self belief and good mentality. If he stays fit and continues to develop he can be world class. Munster and Ireland lucky to have him. Onwards and upwards Jack.

Could be shot lived if Prendergast gets to grips with top level rugby in the next few years

What all the “Pendergast is the future” brigade seem to be ignoring is that Crowley’s not the finished article either. Maybe Sam will reach his potential, maybe Jack has reached his, but there’s no evidence to suggest that’s the case at the moment

To be honest I’m getting sick to death of the noise around prendergast. It’s nothing against him but more the crowd making out that he is the prodigal son. I’m pretty sure we’ve been here before with paddy Jackson and Joey Carberry and had the same vibe happen around Marcus smith before he played for England Prendergast may become one of the best tens in the next decade but some people are really setting him up for a mighty fall comparing him to sexton. From my point of view, Crowley looks to be doing pretty well for Ireland and we should wait and see about prendergast (and every other player at u20 level)
@patrickmccutcheon93617 ай бұрын
@@AlphaNevada123Carbery has the skill set, his only issue is that he has been injured so much. He showed against Ulster he is quite a player. Jackson too and would likely have had the jersey but for his laddish WhatsApp messages.

@@AlphaNevada123 Spot on. It reminds me of when the Leinster fans thought Larmour was going to be a world class winger. We've been hearing the same hype around Baird, but he goes missing and doesn't get enough grunt work in for a 6. Crowley is close to being world class already. He's a great player. Can do it all and will always have defences guessing. Prendergast shouldn't even be in the conversation.

Prendergast is all hype. Hasn't done anything to show he'll make the grade at the highest level. Crowley is a top class international 10. The saffers think he's one of, if not, Irelands most important player and they're spot on. There's a huge drop off in quality after him.
