Tbh I thought you were probably exaggerating, but I checked on the not wholly reliable Chat GPT, but still worth noting, out of all the top tier teams, both the Ireland starting 15 has the oldest average age at 29, and subs bench average age over 30. According to Chat GPT, average age of the starting 15 for the top 10 ranked teams in their last outing was 26 years and 8 months, for subs 25 years and 9 months. As someone else has already said, there'll probably be a big purge of this team after this match.
