Hi Irene, I came across your channel and did 2 of your healing frequencies, i find my body is moving or vibrating to the rhythmes beats - what does this mean? Also some of the stronger vibrations - the repeated one (that sounds like binural beats) i find a lot irritance,(recent toxic workplace experience) is surfacing from the body, i hardly want ot sit still, but afterwards i felt renewed, would be grateful for insight =) and right after that the statement = I deflect, reject, renouce and denouce any toxic energy from this office back to them.

Hi Amy - if you have gone through recent anxiety and stress, it’s normal for sounds to bother you. If you find certain sounds irritating then don’t force it and don’t listen to them. It will slowly come on its own. Find sounds that relax you, like nature sounds or light sounding instruments like a flute. Tibetan bowls (that I am using here) carry a lot of deep vibrations that release a lot of tension but it also depends if you are ready to hear them. Take it easy, and listen only a few minutes at a time until you feel ready. I would also suggest deep breathing exercises and physical activity as they really help release anxiety. Don’t rush or pressure yourself to listen to these sounds, and enjoy the journey. I hope that helps. Sending you lots of love ❤️❤️
