@@LuisGaldoz Anxiety is hard to let go. I'm on atarax meds to tame it but it takes finding something that will calm you. I chose meditation and Himalayan singing bowls to help my anxieties. I'm sorry to barge in on your question to Irene. I hope all goes well here soon. Love and light to you. 😊

i have schizoaffective disorder, a mental illness of the mind and emotions. a year ago my mom almost died and had her legs amputated. shes in pain now but she still tries to be positive. i have a hard time with change, especially one this extreme. its nice to know even though i have a mental illness sounds like this and meditation still works. i use all the tools at my disposal and frequency music is definitely there. thank you
