I dream about living with less. It's such a process to go through 50+ years worth of stuff isn't it? I have one of those electric lunch boxes. I love to back cookies in it while I drive. Makes my van smell so good and what a treat! Also lasagna works nicely. :) Sorry I've been a stranger but it's good to see you Irene.

Hello my dear friend, I am have trying hard to make a comeback. It is so wonderful to see a post from you. Sorry for replying so late. I recently learn a friend past away and had two things happen to my van and had an accident involving my ebike rack. I think Kent can fix it..🤞 It was very hard for me to let go of most of my 50+ stuff so definitely know how that feels. I still have one small storage unit of stuff that I wish I didn't have. For me my life has definitely been better with less to have, clean and take care of. I feel have more time to enjoy my life with the mobility that I have left. I am mostly on IG, not sure if you are there but will looks. I have more time there. Sending you hugs my dear friend 🤗💖😄🚐✌

The electric lunchbox is a total game changer! I have a hotlogic that I purchased off Amazon. You can cook your meals in your car as you go site seeing if you have a separate vehicle. I have a plug adapter that allows me to use my cigarette lighter. I use glass snapware inside and have never experienced any leaks. I hope you stay safe and continue to enjoy your travels.

Got an Elite Gourmet 7" fry pan yesterday. It uses 500 watts, but my 600 watt Oupes solar generator only used 10% of its battery to boil 12 oz of water or about 60 watts. It cost $18 with sales tax from Amazon. I plan to use it bike camping, instead of my Coleman propane Stove.

Hi Irene, how ya been? You look happy & wow, your hair, I like the braids & love the silver on the sides, that’s the rage ya know. So many women have quit dyeing their hair & going natural. Pretty Milo looks good, I hope he’s doing well. All 3 of my dogs are on medication, yeah getting up in years, like all of us 🥲. It’s all I can do to stay healthy, but my back is no better, I’ve been off narcotic pain pills for a year this January & doing vitamin supplements & at times I wear an elastic back support. How’s your spine doing, I hope much better. That lunch box would come in handy, even for me, when camping/fishing for the weekend. I’ll look you up on IG; so nice to hear from you. I’ve been slowly converting my truck camper to all 12V DC electric. 600 watts of solar panels, 200ah of LiFePO4 batteries, 2000 watt Pure Sine inverter. I can still plug into shore power (or generator) if needed but I completely removed all of the propane system and appliances. (Diesel Heater, Induction Cooktop, 5000btu air conditioner that only uses 385 watts on high cool, 12V water heater that uses 300 watts when running. It’s working well for now but I will be adding one more LiFePO4 battery in the future.
