Indian Law is applicable for crime happening in India. If some doctors office in India did that they will also get arrested. You should knew Indian Law is not applicable to Dubai and US and local law is applicable. Did he fly to Dubai and suddenly had this idea to know the gender and did a scan or did fly there specifically to know gender? If it is deliberate reasons, isn’t it premeditated? See it’s ok for him to get the gender revealed as people in US or U.K. also does but they live for work or settled.
