New spark plug you need to tigh much more because the crush washer is New........here you plug is not tigh correctly

Just spark plugs are enough or need to replace the spark plug and cable (kit) especially in case of changing slip-ons and air filter?

These are cr7 plugs, for these you don't have to change the cables. There is one more called cr8 for which it is recommended to change the cables aswell
