I have a cast iron skillet that's barely big enough to cook 3 eggs in. I put vaseline in it over low heat and when it melts I put organic cotton balls in to absorb it. Then I place them on wax paper to cool and keep 5 or 6 in a small ziplock bag. They take a spark pretty well and have a great burn time in case I can find anything dry to burn.. Great video.

Great stuff I carry it in all my kits and what’s even better is that it’s made right here in Canada. Also another great item from these guys (which personally I prefer more) is wax wood sticks, def check it out if/when you can thanks enjoy your day

Yesterday i was wimtercamping in the snow. (First time for me) But my vaseline cottonballs are not ideal in high winds. This isn't either so it seems. Too fluffy or?
