An absolute privilege to see the worlds greatest hand balancer and contortionist in action - the sequence from 3.44 is simply mindblowing, it is just not possible for a mere human to be that strong and that flexible!, many thanks for sharing your extraordinary and unique talent which is so beautiful to watch.

It depends on how far you want to get. I started doing just yoga from my mid 20's and over 3 years ago into handbalancing seriously (2-3 hours a day 5-6 days a week.) I know I'll never get to the level of the chinese kids but I'm beginning to be good enough for what I want to do. Age is not an issue if you really want it.

The reason why very few people can do this is because very few are willing to practice the immense amounts of time that this requires (although starting early in life also helps :-) )

If you are unable to get into hand balancing at an early age, is it still possible to learn it while in your mid-teens? I know it's best to get into it as early as possible, and it requires a LOOOOT of practice, but I'm curious... >_
