Decorating the fireplace and making Delicious Pistachio Panettone Irish Bailey's Bread and Butter pudding. Christmas is just around the corner!❤️
Recipe and ingredients for panettone bread and butter pudding
Pistachio Panettone with Baileys Irish Cream Bread and Butter Pudding Recipe:
Six slices of panettone
Three eggs
Zest of one orange, mandarin, or tangerine
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
50 g (0.21 cups) of chopped hazelnuts
100 ml of double cream
170 ml of whole milk
Butter for spreading on the bread
100 g (0.42 cups) of dark chocolate chips
50 g (0.21 cups) of caster sugar
100 ml of Baileys Irish cream
Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan, Gas mark 4).
2. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream and a drizzle of Baileys Irish cream.

Hi Jilli, chocolate chip panettone for breakfast that was very naughty. You should definitely try our bread-and-butter pudding although Nicholai is set on changing the name. It reminds him of school dinners and the puddings we used to get but they were good. I think back then I have good memories of my puddings at school. It certainly does make you nap after eating it, but is worth it. My sentiments entirely regarding needing no encouragement for more puddings. But Oscar Wilde, my hero, is always good at breaking down your resolve on most issues and resisting everything but temptation. I love your Panettone recipe and the Mince pie one ……and the trifle. At my local airport here in Ireland, his quotes are everywhere I often find myself reading them. He definitely had a way with words and how he put them together. He will not be forgotten. That pudding looked wonderful. Would it b wrong of me if i left out the Baileys?😮 Loved the fireplace also. Traditional decorations like nutcrackers and carousels in Christmas colours are my favourite. I'm with your friend on the trifle though. Sorry, its a texture thing.🤭
