Hi, I’m dumb, I haven’t taken a single lesson yet but I’m just curious why you wouldn’t show the lower octave also- starting with the open G string.

oh darn. last week i tuned my fiddle to my piano, and broke my g string. boo!! got another one ordered.

Hi Elizabeth, delighted to hear you're following this program, thanks for letting us know! Be patient :) Your fiddle will be fixed again soon. In the mean time why not listen to some of the tunes you plan on learning in the future, as once you have a tunes melody in your head it makes it a lot easier to learn on your fiddle. We love to hear where people are playing tunes .. where are you playing the music?
