Years ago, I had a college theater professor who used to drink Kahlua from his a coffee cup during seminar classes.... It was an open secret among his students that he'd get a little "happy" by the end of the two hour session.. One class he got called out to take a phone call, and several members of the class substituted iced coffee. And upon his return, we got the most amazing spit-take as he fountained coffee over his notes.

MY FAVORITE!!! I'm drinking a Kahlua Sombrero right now! I'm not a fan of the premixed stuff or the flavored ones. I just like the original and the Especial mixed. Years ago they lowered the alcohol content of the original when they brought out the Especial and it changed the flavor a bit so I mix them together. More of the original and a bit of the Esp. It is definitely delish on ice cream and in ice cream shakes. Did Dónal not eat anything before the shoot because he seemed to get knackered off of those lol

When I used to manage a pub, if I got given a free drink by a customer I would put a shot of Kaluha down and on my free days have them all saved up for a few over ice and some over ice cream. You need to try it over ice cream, it takes it to the next level! That stuff if the bomb and this video has made me need to go and find a bottle somehow in lockdown... cheers!

Years ago we used to drink Kahlúa and Yoo-hoo before going out. We called it Kahlú-hoo. The trick is you start out with a 50/50 mixture and just keep adding Kahlúa and ice.
