My favorite Guinness cocktail. Typically served after someone has gotten good and drunk to try and get them to vomit. The Depth Charger: One pint of Guinness filled 2/3 full, drop a shot of Jameson, drop a shot of Baileys in and try and chug the whole thing before the Baileys coagulates.

As an american we don't like thick beers, dark beers yes, just not thick. On that same note outside of a redbeer which is tomato juice and beer specifically made to hide the smell of beer on your breath, we don't mix thing with beer generally. A friend of mine once ordered a Jersey Turnpike, which is where they take the rubber mat that they pour all the drinks on and pour all the extra spilled liquid into a glass. Reminiscent of all the random crap that’s tossed all over the NJ Turnpike. Could be where they got the Black Jersey from, considering the randomness of those ingredients.
